Help Them Talk (Special Edition)

Friends!!,I have a new idea we have been talking about hacks but no one has talked about helping others.I met an old friend of mine that lost her ability to talk and that has made it really difficult for her to communicate ,because she writes on paper to express are herself. She has thought of getting a software that will allow her communicate with others but it is very expensive it about 15000 naira estimate to 42$.it was there I decided to make her talk again.
     I wrote a program that we cost nothing.
Open your notepad on your system and type this code
Dim msg sapi

Set sapi=createobject("sapi.spvoice")
Sapi.speak msg
Save it as wecantalk.vbs.it will prompt for a text when you open it,type your text and it will talk.
