disturbing your friend without touching he/she is impossible?.I think i've got the perfect answer for that friend of yours.i actually just used the code on my dad system and it has got him thinking of going to a technician "MY BAD!!!".This is the code .
Run notepad as administrator and write this code make sure you save it with extension ".bat" (without the apostrophe).This code will allow your victim CD drive pop out constantly.
